My name is Steve Patterson and I am a Georger. A Georger is someone that tracks money using Where's George. I have been a Georger since Dec. 2004. My name on Where's George is Cardeologist. Some Georgers call me "Dr. Cards." I am also an Eagle Scout, business card collector, father, and graphic designer. Check Out My Where's George Profile. I also post about my hits on My Blog. I even post a few things here and there in Bizcards Podcast.
My Where's George parent is ~:Goose:~. This is the first Wild (a bill previous entered and marked with Where's George) that I entered and I signed up on. That makes ~:Goose:~ my Where's George Parent.
I have 52 Where's George children. These are people that found a wild of mine, entered it and joined Where's George on. Only 4 of my Where's George children have a profile set up. Here are the ones with a profile:

I love to EMS. EMS is Enter, Mark, Spend. The prefered method of a Georger. What you do is go to Where's George enter the bills you have. Your next step is to mark them. You can use stampers or hand write the info. What most people place on the bills is something to do with “Track This Bill” and they also give the web address of Where's George. That is “www.wheresgeorge.com”. After that you spend your money. You spend it in general ciruclation. NEVER dump your money, esp. into banks. I highly recommend you signing up, so you can be notified of any hits. The best places to spend the marked bills are at resturants, gas stations and grocery stores. Give them as tips to your waiter/waitress, delivery driver, any where there is high volume of sales/money exchanging hands, or anywhere you have to give a tip. If you live in Canada or get a lot of Canadian bills in your hands, you can use the sister site called Where's Willy. It works the same way.
(3L) means I used the 3-liner stamp that reads "See where I've been!! Track where I got next! www.wheresgeorge.com", requires an ink pad, can be any color that I use, got from Stampman, #89002.
(AS) means I used the arrow stamper, requires an ink pad, can be any color that I use, I changed the custom message on mine to read "SEE WHERE THIS BILL HAS BEEN", got from Stamp-Connection, Acrylic Dave Anderson.
(CS) means I used the stamper with the curve (arch) in it, requires an ink pad, can be any color that I use, got from Stamp-Connection, Acrylic Dave Anderson 2.
(DS) means I used a date stamper. The date on the bill, is the date I entered that bill.
(HS) means I used the hand stamper one liner "www.wheresgeorge.com", requires an ink pad, can be any color that I use, got from Stampman, #gw01.
(HW) means I hand wrote the info.
(ID) is my ID stamper. It has a doctor guy on it. This is the same guy I use in my logo for my business cards. I ordered this from Stamp-Connection. I ordered 2 of them (one for work and one for home). It is self-inking in black and uses the Ideal 5722.
(PG) is Printer Generated. I used my computer printer to print the info on it. I now started to do specific designs on the PG types. I now numbered them. See them below...
(PG1) is Printer Generated on the front. I used a state outline of Tennessee that is filled in orange, with a screening of 50%, and I placed it over the Federal Reserve seal on my one dollar bills. My ID stamper will be near this marking.
(PG2) is Printer Generated on the back. I used a state outline of Tennessee that is filled in orange, with a screening of 50%, and I placed it going across the back. It is printed bigger then what it is printed on the front.
(NB) Nerdy Beaver stamper. Designed by fellow Georgette Nerdy Beaver, this stamp outlines the series and serial number on one dollar bills. It also says, "LOG ON ITS FUN & FREE www.WHERESGEORGE.com" I got from Stamp-Connection.
(RS) mean I used the round stamper, self-inking stamper in purple, got from Stamp-Connection, Ideal 5722.
(RS-later) means I entered the bill at work and used the round stamper on it when I got home — so some of these might end up as stealths.
Some bills don't have any of these markings, these are more then likely before I got my stampers, or before I kept track of what stampers I used.
If you have an old stamper that you want to get rid of, I will be glad to take it off your hands. Feel free to send it to me and it will have a great home and be used.
I clean my stampers using Inkssentials water-based Stamp clenaer "bubble gum scented" by Ranger. I buy it from AC Moore.
This is my Where's George box. The top drawer has my stampers in it, the middle drawer has my stamp pads in it and the bottom drawer has misc. Where's George items. In that drawer includes my stamp scrubing pad, Where's George name badge, a CD with a back-up copy of the Where's George Coloring Book in PDF and much more!
I get my stamps pads from AC Moore. I buy the Ink It Up! brand. They usually cost up to $1.50/ea., unless you can get them on sale at 3 for $1.98 (about 66¢/ea.).
Along with the Georgers I have met at Gatherings I have also met some one-on-one. I have met the following Georgers one-on-one. Some of which, I have alost met at gatherings too.
I think this Where's George quiz suits me perfectly! I mean to the T! I'm a stark raving Georgatic! I EMS in my sleep! I have WG on a wireless computer or go to the nearest terminal to enter and mark every bill I see then put the bills back where I found them if they weren't mine! Take this quiz!
